Meditation is an effective way of counteracting stress and increasing the sense of personal well-being. This course is designed for those with limited or no mediation experience. Techniques and concepts come mainly from the Buddhist tradition but no attempt is made to promote any particular faith. Meditation is of universal relevance. Sessions will include periods of seated practice (10 – 30 minutes) using ordinary chairs. No special postures are required.
